I Introduction

This Manifesto seeks to make known to the non-gaming community, gaming community, and NCW collective alike the stances and missions of the NCW Clan. The missions herein are enumerated from most preponent to least.

II Prime Directive

NCW maintains that the prime directive of its organization is identical to the very purpose by which it came into existence. That is, to make the games played more interesting and enjoyable to all. This mission precedes all others.

III Friendships

NCW seeks to provide a rich environment conducive to the development of lasting friendships.

IV Newbies

NCW believes that newbies are the most important asset in any online player population. Unfortunately, newbies are often the object of prejudice for their inexperience, and are thus left hateful and jaded. Such bitter players only propagate the scorn that originally misled them. Thus, NCW naturally seeks to oppose this unfortunate cycle by cultivating the newbie population in a way that will not leave them bigoted and scornful.

V Real World Environment

NCW seeks to provide an environment in which processes of the real world, such as training, administration, and diplomacy, can be exercised. These activities should be inherent in clan operation.

VI Website and Bot

NCW seeks to maintain both a clan website complete with forums, and at least one clan bot. Such a site and bot shall serve only to uphold and fulfill the missions herein.

VII History

NCW seeks to maintain a record of its existence, such that future members of the NCW clan may learn from the mistakes and successes of past members.
